I purchased this Rossioglossum Rawdon Jester on my visit to Santa Barbara Orchid Estate on September 12th. I first discovered this plant when Mady Gruys sent me a picture from Germany, and I targeted this plant in my visit to SBOE. It has one new growth, and I put it into S/H right away. The roots were not that good, but there was some new growth, and I believe it should be OK.
From the SBOE Website:
A primary hybrid from the crossing of two spectacular and closely related Central American species: Rossioglossums grande and williamsianum. A prolific and willing bloomer. Temperature Tolerant. June blooming.
Low to medium light is best for this plant.
