Miltassia Shelob is in spike again

For the third time this year, Miltassia Shelob is in spike.  I purchased this plant at the Sacramento Orchid Show in April, and it had a single spike when I brought it home.  After that spike flowered and faded, the plant produced three more spikes, and bloomed well for over a month.
After these faded, I placed it back in the southwest corner of the orchid room.  Today, while examining the leaves for bugs, I noticed another spike.

Great plant!
